Where our work is used
Non-destructive testing is required wherever the failure of a part would have serious consequences: pressure equipment, load-bearing structures, machinery in service. Below are the sectors we most often work for.
Steel structures and welded fabrication
Inspection of welded joints in load-bearing structures, industrial buildings, overhead cranes and steel fabrication, both on acceptance and at intermediate stages.
Pressure equipment
Vessels, heat exchangers, process piping. Examination during manufacture and periodic verification of equipment in service.
Forging and casting production
Inspection on acceptance of semi-finished products and after machining, for cracks, inclusions and material defects.
Industrial maintenance
Remaining wall thickness measurement, corrosion monitoring and inspection of repair welds, performed on site without prolonged shutdown.
On-site service
We test where the part is
Much equipment cannot be dismantled or transported. We bring the instruments to your premises, to the construction site, or directly to the installation in service, and carry out the examination there.
